Before you write

• Recipe questions: most recipes have a Frequently Asked Questions section and a troubleshooting section that may already have the answer. If not, tell me which recipe you made, what happened, and any changes you made, and I will help you work out what went wrong.
• Corrections: if you spot a mistake in an amount, time or temperature, please tell me the recipe and the step. Corrections are fixed promptly and the recipe's “Updated” date changes.
• Recipe requests: suggestions for new recipes are always welcome and help decide what gets written next.
